Congress fee

Full symposium Thursday to Sunday, NON-STUDENT = 170 EUR

Full symposium Thursday to Sunday, STUDENT = 90 EUR

Symposium ONLY Friday to Sunday, no further discounts for students = 110 EUR.


The registration is only complete, when the congress fee has been submitted. If so, participants will get a note. 

The symposium fee includes:

  • full scientific program (lectures on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
  • conference materials
  • conference abstracts in PDF
  • coffee breaks during scientific program
  • lunches (on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
  • Friday evening program
  • optional Thursday outdoor program includes outdoor activities with professional guides, grilled lunch and transportation from Kladno to the site and back 

The symposium fees do not include dinners, accommodation, and breakfasts!


Call for abstracts

If you want to make a lecture please submit your abstract (formatted according to the advices below) before 30.04.2023.

Abstract formating

Each participant who wants to have an oral presentation, has to submit an abstract, instructions for submission below (1). To a selected number of participants, submission of a full paper into one of the following journals (2.) will be offered. For abstract submission, the editorial system of the journal Clinician & technology (2.1) will be used, but this does not mean the abstracts are accepted for publication in this journal. For the full papers, journal templates will be used. Each abstract will be peer reviewed. All accepted abstracts will be published in the Book of abstracts in PDF format which will be provided to the symposium participants prior to the symposium and selected papers in the journal Clinical & technology.. 

 

  1. General instructions for abstract submission

Abstracts must be submitted as word file in English and should be maximum 400 words long (abstract title, list of authors and references not included) Images, tables and references may be included in the abstract (limit: 1 figure/table per abstract, 5 references).

Abstracts should be as informative as possible and should be adequately ordered in the following sequence and structure:

1st line: Name(s) of author(s)

2nd line: Title

3rd line: Facility of the author(s)

4th+ line: 

Introduction

Objectives

Methods

Results

Consclusions

References (if any, max. 5)

Grant Acknowledgement


2. Instructions for contributions

2.1. Lectures

   - Oral presentation: 20 min. followed by 10 min. discussion

   - Please prepare a Powerpoint presentation and a PDF file of your presentation

   - Ensure good legibility (letters and numbers)

   - All files must be handed stored on a conference computer well in advance 


2.2. Posters

    - Format: DIN A1 (vertical)

    - Ensure a good legibilty (letters and numbers)
